The person that helped me was very personable and knowledgeable. He was very eager to help I wish I remembered his name. I know he is from Holyoke MA. The store itself was well organized and clean. The staff seemed to carry themselves in a very professional manner. I also saw one of the staff installing windshield wipers for a customer which was pretty nice.

Waited over 10 minutes they knew I was there. They had some kind of inventory going on regaurdless 5 employees and not one came.Manager finally stopped came over I had to leave.

Im sure they had what I needed.

Advice to management and employees

Stop what your doing take care of your customer.

I went somewhefe else spent 500 00 new brakes rotors calipers plugs.
