If I could give them 0 stars I would un helpful rude don't know know their parts don't know how to use computer customer interaction sucks.. horrible never will give them any business again.. don't waste your time go to napa

The customer service in the last year has gone downhill. Long waits, no return calls when they promise to, etc. The high turnover rate shows that nobody wants to work there. I cant wait for Orileys to open.

As a woman it’s hard to go to places that men go to most of the time. When I asked for help and what I needed to find the guy just pointed his finger in the direction of where the item should be that I was looking for. Of curse when I got there the item wasn’t there and I had to walk through the whole store looking for it. Once I found it I came to check out and had to wait with a heavy part in my hands. The customer that was at the check out offered for me to get my item checked out before him, which the guy working there said no to because he was already helping him and didn’t want to start over.

The kid who works there in the Brooklyn one did not even know a friggin thing and I will never go there again
