Do you want to get scammed? Great place to get scammed by the staff. I was approved on a loan and a car, then the "bank wouldn't accept the documents". They then proceeded to run my credit with 6 additional creditors without my approval, after I explicitly told them not to. We're beyond 30 days now and they won't send me my license plate, will only allow me to pick it up, despite the fact I live and work in Wilmington. They even charged my debit card for my down payment 25 days AFTER telling me I wasn't approved with the bank. Filling fraud charges with USAA, and will be suing for damages. I advise everyone to stay away from this dealership. This is really only a snapshot of the nonsense.

I went to Performance Ford with my sister and brother in law to buy a truck. Not only did they get the truck they wanted at the down and monthly payment they wanted the salesman was exceptional! His name is Bill Faulk. He could not have been more friendly, polite and professional if he tried! All the staff were friendly and helpful! The vibe is warm and friendly, almost like we were family! I highly recommend Performance Ford in Clinton NC and also ask for Bill Faulk.

What a pack of lies on their commercial. They called us telling us if we bought a new escape we would save money. They promised. They promised to pay for tags. All lies. Found out we are not the only ones who they gotta on this. DMV told us to call police and the lady who I talked to said they did the same thing to her. We should have been concided a VIP customer, in the last four years we bought four cars from them (three were from Clinton Ford, last one from Performance). Same sales staff, different management. MAKE THE DRIVE TO FAYETTEVILLE!!!!! YOU WILL BE HAPPIER DO NOT TRUST ALLEN AVERY. He told me would talk to the owner to try get things right. When I called two days later I told him my VET husband had a talked to his Doctor over the stress. AVERY said they would now do nothing. So if you complain, EVEN TO A PHYSICIAN, they will do nothing. Check out the dates of the great reviews, they were for Clinton Ford.

Not at all happy with the process and games I would not refer anyone ...I'll update this ..got a Xmas card from this place asking for the same car that they screwed us on 8 months ago we've paid for you games and very disrespectful moves through that process I'll never ride by this place without feeling such disgust. NEVER again will we ever trust ppl like you again don't send us anymore of your mess in the mail
