Great to work with unless you have a warranty issue. I bought a Flight Systems 58v FICM on June 26, 2017. That FICM failed today on March 21, 2018. The unit is under warranty, but I have to send it back to Flight Systems, let them do a post mortem, and then wait for them to send me a replacement. By the way, all of the work on this truck is performed by Piedmont Ford Truck, not a shade tree. This is a company truck that is driven by a paid employee every day of the week. So while I twiddle my thumbs, pay an employee, and lose money because the truck is down, Rudy's says there is not one thing they can do. It's their "policy". HORSE MANURE is what that is!!! If you deal with Rudy's, don't buy anything for a vehicle you are trying to make a living using!!

I called in and spoke to Ryan A. He was very obliging and answered the litany of questions I through at him. He recommended a couple products that he felt would work best and I ordered. He was spot on. Many thanks to Ryan and Rudy's Performance.

Placed an online order for a H&S mini max over drive tune for my 68RFE. I had a question and called. Was answered quickly and they gave me all the information I needed.

I picked up my truck and put wheels on them and they did bad work and when I called them to solve the problem they never returned the call, they gave me a very bad service. I do not recommend it because they only want to sell without caring about the customer.

Absolute horrible business to deal with. I bought almost 2G worth of parts from them. When I bought my tuner, they failed to mention that the company that made the tuner closed down. When tried to install it, it wasn't updated. When I tried to install the exhaust, the flange to connect to the down pipe was missing. When I called them, I was told they found the flange in a box and it would be sent out over night to me. Two days later I get an email saying it's coming from their other warehouse on the other side of the country. I was without my truck until the part came in almost a week later. When I purchased my dash pod, they gave me the wrong one. When I talked to them, they sent a new one, again it was the wrong one. I called back and said they sent the wrong one again. They sent out a new one, again, the wrong part. It took 3 times to get the right one. I sent pictures of my dash so they could send the right one and they still messed up. The owner called and said I would be compensated for all of the hassle. I never heard anything back and never received anything. Don't waste your time with Rudy's. Spend a little bit more and go somewhere else and get the right stuff the first time.
