Full Throttle Performance

I went to three different mechanics. One was the dodge dealership I have been doing business with for years. I was told three or four different things as to the cause of my trucks issue ranging in repair costs of $1600 to $3000. Justin at FTP said he would have the guys look at it and call me back. Actually they diagnosed the problem and repaired it for $360.00. I'm shocked. Here is a place that actually seems to want return business by doing right by the customer. Whats more is that they actually looked at the vehicle instead of just saying this (some extremely high priced item) is the cause and we'll replace it for you. I am extremely satisfied and definitely will recommend this shop to others looking for diesel repairs.

I had a problem with the first tuner i got from these guys. Daniel M helped me out so much! Even through some stupid questions that i had due to the original being that messed up... Great company, great support, I will definitely use them again as soon as i have the chance!

I was impressed with the knowledge of the employees at this shop. We discussed my project, was able to get a pretty reasonable estimate for my project and I am positive this shop is at the top of my list if I choose to proceed with my project. We are from out of town and working down the street from this place. So when our 08 6.4 starting running rough I called a good friend and diesel mechanic and he told me it was the egr valve. I had passed this place for months and figured I would have them do it since we were too far from home to take it to our usual mechanic. I stopped by and got a price of $575 to fix the issue and said they could complete it in 1 day. I was happy with the price and made an appointment to drop the truck off the next morning. That's when the fun begins. When I show up the next morning they weren't expecting me. They told me they would try to have it done that day. I was frustrated but needed the work truck fixed. Later I receive a phone call. They say one of the glow plugs needs replacing and will only be $45. That a total of $620 plus tax now. I say sure thanks for calling. Later I get another call but miss it. They leave a voice mail saying the harness to the glow plug is bad and they fixed it but recommend replacing it. By the time I called back they were already done with the repair. No big deal I'll drop it off another day and have them replace it right? Well when I go to pick it up the bill is magically $1200. Wow. I tell the guy that I was quoted $575 and they told me the glow plug was only $45 to change. His response was" I didn't give you that price, do you have it in writing". He refused to honor the agreed upon price and I was stuck paying almost double what I was supposed to. These guys are crooks and con artist. All they seem to care about is how flat their hat bills are and how white their oakleys are. Do yourself a favor and find an honorable shop. Oh and the check engine light never went off for the glow plug so the harness wasn't fixed.
