The staff what are extremely friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions and where very kid friendly. The Facility was clean, no lines at checkout, overall a five-star experience the moment we walked in until leaving. A++++ :)

Very helpful and friendly.  The associate knew exactly what I needed and took me right to it, also checked to see if there was any coupons or specials for this item.

The staff is so friendly!! Everyone greets you and asks if they can help. I pick up supplies here for my guinea pig and dog.  You get special deals and coupons with their loyalty card.
