Pet Supplies Plus

I love this place! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always have a great experience everytime I go. If there is a problem they will work with you to resolve it and if they don't have what you need most of the time they can order it.

We use the self service dog wash at Pet Supplies Plus and the bathing area in this one (Yorkville) seems a little newer and well laid out compared to an older Pet Supplies Plus we usually go to. They provide 2 microfiber towels for small dogs and shorthaired dogs, 3 for long haired or large dogs. They suggest that if you’d like more towels that you are welcome to bring some from home. The only thing I ever wish could be better is the water hose and how it slides away from the tub basin as it rests on and slides down the slopes sides. If there were some sort of hook or ring mounted near the top corner of the wash basin it seems like it would be a lot easier. All in all I love the self service dog wash, as well as the dog wash punchcard, and we will be back many times.

They carry food brands that other pet stores don’t. Same with treats and toys. Prices are comparable or cheaper. Staff is friendly and helpful., store is clean, and u-wash dog baths are convenient and well kept.

The customer service here is great and they will price match! I requested a specific item be kept in stock for my dog and they graciously said yes, they would keep it in stock and they have. Very knowledgeable and nice staff. They also have a self dog wash area that many people use on the weekends.
