I first went to the Lombard location and they were not very welcoming. I decided to keep looking around to get the perfect puppy experience. I eventually gave the Downers grove location a try, hoping It’d be a better experience, and I am so glad I did! Downers Grove was unbelievably more welcoming and wanted to help me find a puppy to take home. The manager was amazing as well and very informative! Went home with my puppy, which I decided to name Lincoln! Thank you!

Didn't actually purchase a puppy as they didn't have the breed I was looking for. However the service we received was great and I love that they actually post the prices and gender of each puppy on the glass. Also I haven't looked up the breeders as other reviews have mentioned about this place so I can't comment on the where the puppies come from. Therefore my experience was pleasant but I do advocate looking up the breeders for each puppy before you buy.

Service and helpfulness was good. Terrible terrible smell that just makes you leave.

I went in here ONCE I'm never going back in there again. The puppies looked so sad. You could tell that they wanted to be held by a kind and gentle person. But no, I asked if I could play with a puppy. The ditzy girl that I asked told me the only way to play with the puppies is if you are adopting one. Also the poor little ones are on metal floors. Don't come here.
