Happiness Is Pets

We bought two puppies from here. Our first one recently passed away (as an adult, just a fyi). The second we just brought home last month. The girls working there were friendly and helpful. I HATE reading these negative comments about puppy mills and how to go to a shelter. Well, these puppies need homes just as much as shelter animals.

We went into this store, no knowing. It seemed so pleasant. It smelled nice, the store looked in great shape, and the puppies were adorable! We played with one that we loved, but did not get. As we were leaving the store a small sick old puppy escaped from the back rooms. we never saw this puppy on display! DON"T LET THE GOOD SMELL, AND CUTE LOOKING PUPPIES FOOL YOU!!! all these dogs are from mills! They're way too overpriced, and they're probably going to die within the next few weeks! Don't waste your money. These poor dogs need love! SUPPORT YOUR SHELTERS!!

Great experience. We went in to just look the day after Thanksgiving and thats when we met our Goldendoodle puppy Bear. The staff was very friendly, they showed us around and allowed us and our 4 year daughter to have some play/meet time w him. The store was clean, the staff was inviting and very helpful. All of the puppies were in well-spaced, clean crates. His ongoing care and breeder info was explained and given to us in writing. Bear is home with us growing every day. He is very healthy and happy. I highly recommend this location for those looking for a pet.

Went there yesterday and looked at the puppies in the very small crates where some had more than one dog in them. A German Shepherd puppy we saw looked beautiful and his crate was so small that he couldn’t even fully turn his body around without hitting one of the walls. Not to mention that same dog was panting and had no water! Every single crate that had a dog in it had at least two piles of poop. When we asked about their cleaning policies the male employee there said they clean the crates 2-3 times a day or as needed. These dogs that are all being sold for over $1,000 are being abused by the employees from the poor treatment they receive. These dogs also are coming from mills!

So where should I begin? Recently purchased a Lapsa Apso from them. According to the workers at the store, this dog was supposed to be hypo-allergenic. Far from the truth. Within a few hours of taking the dog home. my son broke out in a severe rash after playing with him. I called the store to voice my concerns, and mentioned I have a question regarding refunds..without even listening, the lady who answered tells me "I have an answer...no". I really question where these dogs are being sourced from and how they are being bred. If you say a dog is hypoallergenic and someone buys him in good faith, and he turns out not to be, the least they can do is take him back. They put on a real good dog and pony show. Dollars before fair business should be there motto. In hindsight, I will never buy from a store like this again. When I asked what I can do, I was told "put him on facebook or craigslist". I've since rehomed the puppy with a caring family, and didnt take a dime from them. Just unfortunate they false advertise these dogs and the characteristics. Happiness is Not Pets. Happiness is making money and soaking people....That should be there motto.
