I have never been treated so badly by a manager in my entire life. Them the manager and district manager got together a called me more things. I've been to 2 per cos in my entire life. And this last trip I left in tears Due to the miss treatment I recieved by the manager. I didn't understand something so I was treated l I'm e an ignorant person which by the way I have 2 college degrees and half a masters. Clearly I'm not. The workers were great and apologetic to me for his behavior. My suggestion I I if you feel th his way call in to corporate and let them know maybe if es enough people share there experiences with them they will open there eyes and do something about the problems. A as a manager you can not talk to folks I'm a bad way. Stand up take notice and really look at how your treated. The staf was wonderfully seemed knowledgeable on there fish and fish products. Stand up for your self don't leave out with a bitter taste in you mouth over visit actually call or nothing is ever going to change. I now go to Terry's aquarium they have great selections and they focused on one person at a time. If they don't have it ask if they can order it

Just your average Pet Store. It's local and the staff there is friendly. And you can bring your pet inside if you like.

Cashier stayed on the phone when I'm at the counter with fish...cashiers aren't helpful...they had baby angel fish in a ciclid tank getting picked on smh...I miss Pet Smart in Lansing this place sucks!

Don't go there for pictures with Santa. They said I was going to receive them via email and its been over 2 weeks & they still haven't sent them. Spoke to a manager three times.
