Pet Supplies Plus North Naperville

My Golden Retriever, Argon, and I love Pet Supplies Plus because the manager and staff are always friendly and helpful. Argon likes the loving attention they give him and I appreciate being remembered and greeted warmly.

Great store! They have a great place where you can give your dog a bath. So much easier than doing it at home and tons cheaper/easier on your dog than paying someone else to do it.😁

Every single time I buy something on sale at this store and use a coupon, their system ALWAYS overcharges. It's only a couple dollars ever at most, but I have to check my receipts every time I go here now. Normally, the workers and managers see the issue and refund the couple dollars back to meno problem. This worker and manager did not understand the math at all (simple math) and sat there fighting me, telling me the sale price advertised was hand written so it was more expensive now. Take the sale stickers off the individual bags then if this is the case! I got so upset trying to explain the math with a calculator even to show them and they were extremely rude. Will not be returning to this store and will take my receipt elsewhere to explain the issue to smarter people and get my refund back as I should.
