Critters Pet Shop

Best pet store ever. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I've been a customer for over 15 years. The are so good about placing pets with the proper owners. Don't be disappointed if you don't get the pet you want, they will find one for you. They also take pets back that don't work out. I don't know of any pet store that does that. Definitely give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great place owned by honest people on a mission to help animals. Critters Pet Shop is a wonderful place to get a new pet and get accurate information on how to care for that pet too! The staff is educated and committed to helping their customers as well as doing right by every single animal that passes through their doors. It is rare to find a pet store that is committed to rescue and operates in transparent and ethical manner. Keep up the good work guys!

So these are my babies in the pictures! I love this pet shop because I can always find great things for them. I have gotten a few fish from here too. The staff is so friendly and is always willing to help you out. I also love to go in and play with the puppies and kittens since they are lonely :( I will i could adopt them all! Whenever I need something for my pets this is the first pet shop I go to.

Critters is a wonderful place! They rescue all kinds of animals that wouldnt probably have a chance & place them in loving safe forever homes. They make sure they place each animal in a home that is best for the family & furry family member. They take in animals from different shelters & from people who give them up. They truly care about their furry friends & give them the best shot at wonderful lives possible..

Critters is an AMAZING pet store/rescue! I love that they don't just get their animals from suppliers. Most of their animals are taken in from people and families who can no longer care for them. Critters then cares for them and gets them vet care if needed before finding them a new home. They also put a lot of effort into finding the RIGHT home, not just any home. They realize that it's stressfull for animals to move from one home to the next, and they are looking for a FOREVER home for them. Rescue work is hard. It takes a lot of time, money, and heart. It's a job where you get yelled at often, by people who think they understand, but have never worked at a rescue. So here is a great big THANK YOU to everyone at Critters Pet Shop, for all you do, both in the store and behind the scenes!
