Petland Naperville

We have been so happy with our puppy we got about two weeks ago. My fiance and I adopted an adorable miniature schnauzer that was a bit older, and we got a great deal. So much came with the adoption. The only downside to the whole process was that or 6.5 pound dog got a few toys suited for a great Dane! We worked with Alexis and had such an amazing experience. She will work with you, answer all your questions, and help you get whatever discounts you can. We are so happy with our puppy. Thanks for the great experience!!

I had a very positive experience here when I purchased my 15 week old female Puggle. Last Tuesday I came in to look at the available puppies and Ryan helped me throughout the entire process. Not only was he super friendly but he was very knowledgeable. He spent a couple hours answering questions and letting me play with her while I came to a decision. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family. My puppy is doing great and very healthy. Thanks again for your help Ryan!

I had a very memorable experience at this location and I was helped by Ryan! He was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to answer any question that I presented to him. He offered many recommendations and seemed very passionate about his job. Keep up the good work!

Ryan was awesome with us and the staff was friendly but unfortunately not even 16 hours after buying our dog she has been hospitalized for pneumonia. Thank goodness for the warranty and free vet care because I was not expecting for her to decline as quick as she did when we brought her home. Just wish you would take the spreading of pneumonia more seriously and she was clearly sick when we bought her because it’s clear on X-rays she had fluid in her lungs. Oh and now to top it off we found out she was positive for parasites. NEVER BUYING A DOG FROM HERE AGAIN.

I walked into Petland and Ryan & Brandi were so happy to greet me and let me play with lots of puppies! The staff really know a lot about all the different breeds and could answer all my specific random questions! Awesome store, all the puppies look clean, healthy, and happy in their kennels.
