The groomer was terrible
I think they just throw anyone in the groom salon and give them clippers

The maintenance of the aquatic section is very poor. Fish are always infected with ick... love this place but they could really improve.

Fish care is better than the local Petsmart, but I still refuse to buy any animals here. They carry the carbon cartridges for my fish tank filter so I only buy those. Rodent care is abhorrent. Reptile care is even worse.
