Our daughter has been wanting a furry friend for a while now, so we decided to stop by happiness is pets in Naperville! The staff was totally helpful and we took home our little friendly giant! Our Labrador retriever. We had some issues with our form of payment, but Erika was immediately there to fix the issue. Thank you so much!

I was looking for a specific dog and the gals there help me. I wanted a female Morkie. I received a phone call telling me that a female puppy had just arrived in the store. Well she is perfect and mine. Best temperament. I take her there to visit when I buy my dog food. Everyone is so nice and helpful!

I was in the store two weeks ago and I was so surprised how clean it was. The workers were very polite and helpful. The dogs were clean and well taken care of. Our last dog came from Happiness and I was there to look around for a new one.

Erika went out of her way to help us find our ideal new family member, she even stopped on her way to work to get our girl personally from the owners son. Wholeheartedly recommend this location as long as Erika runs the show. 👌
