Don't actually buy a lot of pet products here, but would like to point out they have the best dog trainer around! Sarah is very professional and really cares about your dog. We have a husky which is a very independent breed that definitely needs training or you will really have a hand full! Loki responded to Sarah many times when she would ignore us and as a result is a much better behaved dog. I would strongly recommend Sarah's classes to anyone!

Taking my dog to dog training here. Asia does a great job of treating me how to gret my dog to understand what I am asking her to do. Workers are knowledgeable a lot the product and will take their time to answer questions!

More expensive than Petsmart with less selection. Store is old and rundown, kind of got that "ground in dirt from years of use" thing going on. In desperate need of a remodel. Occasionally really, really smelly (like overwhelming ammonia stench smelly). Used to go to this location regularly to see their trainer, Sarah. When she left that pretty much ended my need and desire to go there. Some staff are OK. Manager seems incompetent. Save yourself the visit and just go down the street to the other chain pet store.

Small shop, kinda crowded but great selection and amazing staff. Miss Jennifer in the grooming dept. is the best.

Scott is knowledgeable and very helpful. He knows about snakes.... One of the store's best assets!
