Petco Animal Supplies

We found two new kittens and one new puppy and we didn't have any food, litter, or money to get any and went to the night manager for help and she bought us a bag of iams kitten food and puppy food {a very good brand} and arm and hammer clump and seal litter {also a great brand} out of her own pocket for our new babies! She spent well over $30 to help make sure our furry babies was taken care of! We asked for the receipt so we could pay her back and she refused to let us pay her back and said just make sure to take care of them in the future! We really appreciate it and will recommend this store to anyone!

Horrible customer service! Drove an hour to get to this particular petco for mice since all others were out...get there wait in line behind a handful of people..comes to my turn to purchase shampoo and asked the cashier aboit getting the mice..he lies and said they didnt have any..then i proceed to tell him i called just shortly beforehand and they had 3..and then he says its 10 minutes til closing and he cant leave his register?! WHERE THE HELL IS ANY OTHER EMPLOYEE...SURELY HE CANT BE THE ONLY ONE WORKING THE ENTIRE STORE....LAZY SACK *% $#!+

I've been coming to this location for 2 months. My first 2 visits they had the cat food that I was looking for but I bought the last of it. For the last 6 weeks I keep coming in to find that it STILL hasn't been restocked. The manager keeps checking "the system" & telling me that the specific item I'm looking for is scheduled to be delivered in one week. So I keep coming back. SIX TIMES. this is the closest pet store to my home but I keep having to go to their competitor, PetSmart, which is farther away. Today I finally gave up. If they can't even be bothered to deliver a product that's clearly in demand then they will continue to lose customers to their competitors. I'm not even going to waste my time going here anymore!
