It was fun for our yorkies they love it when they can go shopping. To visit people and other pets. We got them some raw food and some treats. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Tell we get to go again thanks.

The groomers look as if they hate their jobs. The way they roughly handle the dogs, I'd never take my fur baby there. The cashier was extremely friendly.

Grooming department is horrible. The put a slip lead on my 60lb. dog to grind her nails. They said that if she was to upset they would let us know and we could decide if we wanted to sedate her or something to that extent. They never called us over the loud speaker to let us know she was having trouble. Me and my husband stayed in the store to wait we never left. When we were called to get her and that she was done my husband went to get her from the grooming area and when I saw her she looked terrible. Her eyes were completely blood shot and she was panting like she had been struggling. Ultimately they were strangling my dog to the degree her eyes were bloodshot. I will never bring her or any of my other animals there for grooming. And honestly I probably won't buy anymore products fro the store either. I will find other alternatives for my animals needs.

I love this location. The employees are animal lovers, and want to make sure their customers' needs (and their pets' needs) are met. The store is neat, and wheelchair accessible.
