Great experience. They helped me pick out a good soil to replant my new hibiscus. I knocked off a star only because I feel they have limited inventory. They offer live animals like chicks, ducklings, parakeets, rabbits and also on occasion works with animal shelters to place kittens. 
Customer service is a five star. Even loaded our car for us!
