Cashier was awesome, was in and out quickly and he was from Brooklyn which makes them a neighbor cuz I'm from Jersey

I love the place. Friendly, knowledgeable people. Lots of animals to pet and play with as well. Stays clean.

I have been forced to edit my review and go from 3 start to 1 my wife went here 7 months pregnant and passed multiple employees with a big bag of dog food and never was offered help a customer offered to help her outside. And today she had our babies stroller and two bags of food still no help. Ridiculous I shouldn’t have to accompany my wife every trip for dog food to help  Its called common curtesy. We won’t be back!

Went there before it was ok , so the second time I went didn’t even receive the sale price they had advertised but I got it anyway I made it home to realize I left a bag behind. I was the only one in the store the cashier didn’t say hey you left a bag or anything. I call back saying I left a bag I’ll be back shortly only to him lying saying no bag was left and hung up on . I didn’t even want the bag anymore I just left it and never returned! Only one word I can say about this location is PETSMART!
