Great customer service.  Very clean store. Would highly recommend to others. Very helpful in helping us buy our Betta fish.

This doesn't even deserve a one star.  The store was a COMPLETE MESS...... The employee had no idea what I was looking for.  After explaining it, and telling her that it's on there website.  She stood there like a deer in the headlights.... I mean hello!!!! Get educated on what your selling, or find a different profession.......

The employee named Drew was very patient and extremely helpful in helping with my senior cat's dietary needs.  He helped me pick out a cat food to try since my cat wasn't doing well on his present food.  I don't know, I just felt he went over and above  in both attitude and willingness to earnestly give me assistance.

They are truly about the pets and helping their parents get all the essentials from toys and food, to training and grooming. Unlike their competitor, the groomers are never caught in scandals, because at Petco pets come first!

They no longer price-match on line sources.  So I can pay absolute full retail here or purchase on Amazon and have it delivered the next day for 30% less...  no-brainer.  They won't even match their own on-line prices (which are higher than every other on-line source anyway).  This store's days are numbered I think.
