The gentleman that was outside working and watering plants,was very professional. As I got out of my car with my 10 year old Grandson, he asked if he could help me with anything. I asked some questions about products and dog houses, and he answered them.He offered to go inside and get a price for me. I declined, but went in myself. The lady, inside, was not as professional, Facial expressions, seemed annoyed when my grandson asked for a bathroom. Also looked up price for dog house, for me. I thought they were on sale, but sale price not offered, flat $199.00 price quoted, after looking in a price book for it. She just was not very personable or engaging to me. But store very clean and neat. Overall it was okay. If person inside had been as a kind and polite as the person greeting in the outside area, you would have gotten an excellent rating, even though you don't carry the water I was looking for; For my hermit crab. I definitely recommend coming here for pet or plant needs. His animals are well cared for and most importantly loved while they are in his care. And he was very knowledgeable about the plants I purchased. So happy I stopped in! If your looking for a quality bird this is your stop. Many places just let them sit, ignoring them. But not these birds, I know when Im ready for that investment this is where I will go.

Place is a joke! Over rate prices.... Both girls I spoke two, you could tell they had to be on something! An I was told by the owners daughter I could return the product if it was something I decided wouldn't work for my pig. After doing research an realized what I bought wasn't what I needed an $18.99 later an being unopen in my car. I tried to return the product, an the manager refused to take it back even with the recipet. He is a straight JERK

They all were very helpful, I found all I needed and more. they have some baby chicks and ducks I'm getting a few next week when I can make a place for them. They also have exotic birds galore. Willing to make a deal too

I was doing some shopping for my pup and I saw a puppy for sale in the back of the store. I asked the owner if I could hold the sweet dog and he rudely replied, " No you can pet it from the top of the cage but that's a $900 dog and I don't want anything to happen." How does he expect anyone to buy a dog if you can't even hold them? I would never buy a single thing from here because of how incredibly rude he was to me.
