4 stars only because I had to go look to get help. Prices for large items on bottom shelf need to be above the items. No customer should have to get down on one knee on the floor in order to find a price. Other than that, everyone was friendly and helpful once they knew that I needed help. The store is cleaner than most medical places and restaurants.

I would give this a 5 star however .. there is this dude with red hair and a beard that works there and follows you around .. I am a regular and don't steal .. always spend more then $30 every time however they make you feel as you are a thief... !!! I even willing opened my purse one day I could hear them talking about me that my purse was big I must be getting ready to take stuff !!!

Took my 50 lb, short haired hound mix to get a bath. Dropped him off and was told it would be an hour and a half and they would give me a call. I called and checked in 2 hours later and they said he wasn't ready. Went back in an hour later to see what the progress was and they said he was still in the bath tub... 3 hours after our appointment time... I ended up going back 5 hours after our appointment time and ask for my dog back. He was wet and didn't get his nails trimmed. No short haired dog takes more than 2 hours to bath even if they are being naughty and I'm sure my dog is. Will never take him back here again.

We had an appointment scheduled for yesterday to have our puppy groomed for 1pm. My fiancee received a call around 12:30 stating that they will have to cancel his appointment. My fiancee was told to bring him back tomorrow Saturday for 5pm. She got a call stating to bring him in for 3pm. When she arrived there at 3pm they told her it wouldn't be until 3-4 hours before he was ready. We received a call at 7:10pm indicating that they could not groom him like we discussed as a lil Schnauzer. A basic haircut was performed. We had a coupon for free grooming and bath but when we presented it they said it was not valid. We will not be bringing our puppy there ever again to get groomed.

Always a pleasure shopping there. Wish prices would come down a bit. I spent $116.00 on 4 lbs of venison Nitro limited diet dog food, a squeaky toy, a small bag of blue wilderness duck treats and a 16oz bag of Authority chicken jerkey.... however, everyone is always helpful and the store is always clean.
