Always friendly and helpful. I adopted my dog, puppy at that time from here. Boxer, Pitt mix. She was 14 weeks. So adorable. Pet SMART also has a pet hospital and grooming salon. Great selection of pet supplies, pet food.

I came from a mom and pop shop before joining the pet smart team and I can honestly attest that they are VERY safety conscious and VERY clean. They truly care about your pets and make all their associates go thru a vigorous testing and training process before they ever touch a dog. I had three days of testing before I was allowed to even wash a dog. If you want quality grooms done by people that took the time to learn every aspect of your dogs health-even their diets-to ensure your pets get the best care-then you need to be at pet smart-because they strive to give you the best service out there.

Wish I could of rated it 0 stars. Everything is 4x's the price it should be and all the fish are mislabeled. They wanted me to pay $24 for a fish that I had been wanting bit left bc they looked sick. Found it for $5.99 and couldnt be happier with it. They also charged my card twice the previous time I went here. Said it didnt go through the 1st time so i did it again and caused me to overdraft. I even showed them the 2 transactions on my accounts app and it took calling corporate for 7 days to process a refund that took 7 more days. Dont go here.....
