Claimed to have bathed my dog twice but he was still dirty on his under belly,under his front legs & all around his tail by his butt. His hair on his face was shorter on one side than the other, all the hair gone smooth to the skin about 3 inches up the top of his tail.Claimed he scratched her arms up & but the person helping her. Hair felt like it hadn't been brushed on his tail. He is a shitztu & his hair on his tail is long, fine & very soft when washed & brushed.

Every time I go in Beau acts like a jackass and puts me on another employee, like he doesn't want to deal with me or my friends. He doesn't look at us when we talk to him the only time he acknowledges us is when we walk through the door and that's it. He doesn't talk with respect and answers our question with an answer that has anything to do with what we asked. For the most part the ladies are very nice but don't have the info that he does that I need. I wouldn't mind spending X amount of dollars if I was given information or a little customer service when I walked in and asked about an item. I will never go back there again.

Very well educated on all items and animals in the store. Helpful and nice in every aspect. All of the staff is great with any animal. Great customer service and attentiveness. Good prices and huge selection for any animal need you have.

Horrible pet grooming! Over priced for sure! They quote you one price and it goes up from there. The groomer said that my dog was bad and she had to use a muzzle, ha! My dog has been groomed before and never had any issues. My dog is jacked up!

Expensive! Found some of the same products at Dollar General & Wal-Mart for a lot cheaper!
