Big chain feel. The cashier was nice and offered a discount which allowed me to purchase for a decent price. If no coupon prices are way too expensive.

I love PetSmart on Millerville. Dawn, who works in the grooming department, is the only groomer that has ever groomed my fur baby, Cody. She is the sweetest person to her clients and it's evident she truly cares for my baby. Cody is always so excited to see her. I once spoke with her on speaker phone and Cody ran all over trying to locate her. The staff In the store always go out of their way to help customers. I will never use another location or groomer to take care of my fur baby.

I am not a huge fan of big "box" stores, but every time I go into this Pet Smart it feels as if they downgrade their employees. I actually had to ask the employee checking me out if it was necessary for her to play on her phone to check me out. WTH is this world coming to?

I love the variety and catching the sales! I've often been here and seen where they've missed potty spots to clean up (to the point where the pee has dried on the floor). And sometimes they don't always have the bedding I need for my small animal. The staff is always super nice and helpful.

The people who work here are so helpful. I went in to get some flea treatment and didnt know what to look for. The nice cashier showed us each one and let us know the different selling points.
