we had to switch our dog food last month. we went back last night to buy some more, but could not remember the name of the dry food we had bought. We described it to the girls working, they offered to look at our sales records to see if they could find the brand. For 30 minutes one girl researched and helped us. WAY ABOVE EXPECTATIONS!!! She finally suggested a brand, and said if we were not happy, bring it back. AWESOME SERVICE!! Kudos to the girls.

The staff is great- Rachael was more than helpful . She took my purchases to my car, little did she know I am disabled . You can set up home delivery from Petco, but it’s fun and a great store to shop. Meeting animal people, as they support letting rescued pets come on weekends to find a home- another reason to get up, go shopping and while there, buy food to drop in the rescue dog bin. My baby is a rescue from the group !

Normally, I have a great experience here. I would advise more assistance (employees)on the floor, as I've had to search and search for some one to help me.
