Really nice people! There's always some cats from adoption centers in the window, and they're really playful! Very pet friendly, brought my very trained and friendly pitbull and I didn't hear a word from then, while other stores would have told me to not bring him in there. Had the exact snacks that my cat and dog love! Awesome place!

VERY helpful staff. Incredible prices with price match. All the animals are very well taken care of and are loved and handled every day. The reptiles especially. They’re honestly the only place I’d support with my money. They only carry ethically bred and sourced animals and it really shows. Everyone I’ve spoken with was knowledgeable and it was easy to tell that they loved their jobs. Petsmart in Albany is awesome!!!

Carrry many NON USA SNACKS. THESE ARE KILLING OUR FUTBA BIES FROM POISONS IN THEM ONLY HAND MADE IN USA NOT CHINA OR MEXICO .

The only place in town you can get a good selection of live aquarium plants. The prices on aquarium goods are very reasonable. Happy to have them.
