Fair stock to choose from, but wish they had a more affordable selection for tank decorations. $15 for a literal dried out tree branch is a bit much. They could also do with improving their old school return method of requiring a busy manager to sign off on return receipts.

My experience was buying a pair of guinea pigs and very positive. The person who assisted me was a pet owner and animal lover who was very experienced and sexed the piggies. She asked questions without being intrusive to ensure they would be cared for in their new home. Made sure I have everything needed without a pushy up-sell. The price was reasonable without being so low you worry about their care, you know what I mean. She was very kind and handled my new pets well. Upon payment, I was able to leave the animals there for a couple of days in their care while I prepare their home. The only downside for some may be that I had to ask for assistance. In my case that is preferable as I prefer to look first, and everyone seems happy to help when you are ready.

A nice little pet store I like going to with my family to look at the exotic animals they have. They also have nice cat toys.

I'd give zero stars if the system would let me. Their receipts may tell you that you have animals have a 14 day guarantee, but their manager will tell you it's only 3 days and refuse to replace your brand new dead fish. Shame, the other 5 first are perfectly healthy and my water conditions are near perfect. I will no longer be giving my business to this company. I suggest you use them in an emergency situation only.

Some staff members may be better than others, but overall a pretty decent team and store.
