PetSmart

Seriously the worst experience I have ever had at a CHAIN pet store. Decided to look at purchasing a small animal, so I went in and received (actual) wonderful service. The woman working with the animals took out a guinea pig and I held it, while she offered me tons of information and reassurance about owning one. I decided to bring my husband back that evening to purchase one. The woman I saw earlier wasn’t there. We approached the woman who was working with animals and she not only proceeded to make snarky remarks about my parents purchasing me small animals as a child (after she asked about me owning small animals, we live on a farm) but also decided FOR us that a chinchilla wasn’t even a viable option to purchase (after deciding we weren’t allowed to hold it) and that we needed a guinea pig. I’d love to say we left with a guinea pig that night but after her self assigned lesson in morality she fed us she ran around the store on a phone for about 20 minutes before we decided to leave the store without a pet. Will not return. Props to the employee that morning that seemed to know how to have a basic and helpful interaction with a customer, but this store shouldn’t hire snarky, unapproachable employees with a clear lack of experience with these kind of animals... and people.

The staff is very helpful and takes the time to help you when you have question. The salon is awesome too. Nicole, Dawn (Groomers) and Tyler (Bather) do a fantastic job and do wonders with every dog that walks in the door. Highly recommend!!!

Good prices and very close to the house. Staff is always helpful and the store is always clean

Well stocked store. Inside note: if dog food, look up on line to check price for Petsmart product BEFORE you shop. Then at checkout, if less, tell the cashier and show her the price on phone. She will give you the discount price. Have saved up to $5 on one bag of food!

The store manager (Tony, i think that is his name) is the nicest person and all the employee's are so helpful. The best thing is the way they help the Humane Society do the adoptions on the weekends. Thank you to all of them.
