Best place! Staff are great and have extensive knowledge on their products and pet care. Always are so friendly and offer to carry products out for you. they have multiple loyalty lines that it seems like we get something free almost every time we're there. They foster cats in the shop for adoption. There's a sister shop next door for pet bathing and grooming including self-serve. It's small, but they have everything we've ever needed for our pets, including stuff I'm hard pressed to find in big box chain stores. But you can always place special orders through them if they don't have the quantity you need.

Had all great experiences until today. We’ve been buying same 30 lb of dog food forever. Have been going here for almost 13 years. We were one bag away from the normal free 30lb bag of food. So, basically, have to spend $600+ to get a free bag, which has happened many times throughout the years. But, their “new” computer system says we’ve only been buying the 15 lb bag so we have to start all over? Sad that humans can’t think rationally past their new computer system. My guess is that a human entered our previous purchases into their new system incorrectly (from hand written cards that they’ve used since we’ve been going there). Too bad humans are incapable of considering “human error” and side against a loyal customer of nearly 13 years. We left with no resolution :(

This is my go-to for pet food and treats. They carry a surprisingly wide selection of good quality options for both. Also have on-site grooming facilities. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store offers a loyalty program for free stuff, that is worth signing up for.

Everyone at Park Pet Supply is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they have the best of the best. We get Answers+ Goat’s Milk here, and it has helped my Lab/Shepherd mix tremendously with dry skin. Very grateful!

Super friendly staff and a great selection of pet toys, food, and supplies! And the reserved parking spots for customers behind the shop make it super convenient to be able to run in and grab what you need hassle-free.
