I visited this location after the marine life clerk in PetCo gave me a headache and 20 minute lecture on goldfish care. The customer service was ON POINT. Although the store clerk provided some education and suggestions, she did so in a pleasant way.
I really like this location because the staff is always friendly and goes the extra mile. I'll never forget how they kept one of my dogs overnight after someone found him walking through our neighborhood after he'd somehow gotten out.
The grooming staff is also very pleasant and knowledgeable.

We came into Petco looking for a new harness for our dog and Whitney was super helpful and knowledgeable! She was able to recommend a great harness and our dog Hanzo and was helpful in finding the perfect size. She was great and you can tell she really loves animals.

I am quite pleased with the assistance I’ve received from Whitney the cashier/sales at this location. Not only was she super friendly, but she was very accommodating with my exchange from a recent purchase I made, and I just wanted to note my appreciation of her assistance. Thank You!!

Handicapped stall out of order, so I had to use a regular stall... Not a huge deal until I sat down and almost fell because that toilet wasn't secured to the floor and wobbled with the slightest touch/pressure, and nearly tipped over while trying to, ahem, complete the paper portion of the show. I was alarmed, and had nothing to grab onto to steady myself... Popped my hip out of joint (as well as my nose 😉). More upsetting, however, is that I didn't encounter a single pleasant employee out of the six I interacted with (not about the restroom... Just checking out twice, and observing the demeanor of a third who was checking out a woman in an adjacent line - and dealings with them during the adoption event). Not just quiet during both checkouts, but actively irritated and refused to engage in conversation... Not chitchat, but a question, a comment, and an attempt to lighten the mood. They were also clearly annoyed by the adoption event occurring there, as though it wasn't planned and expected (and had much less of a turn-out than typical, which should have lightened their load - and moods). Very disappointed.
