Red Bandanna Pet Food #115

Been trying to communicate about an order since May 1st. I’ve sent at least 4 emails and spoke to someone in the phone last week who said they’d contact the right person and get back to me. I’m still waiting to hear any information on the products that order that still say “preparing for shipment”. It would be different if someone could just refund me or reply to one of my attempts to figure out what’s going on. I won’t be buying my pet food with Red Bandanna any longer

personable gives it at least 4 stars, but lack of products keeps it at 3 or maybe lower

To bring a more healthier diet for my Pit, I decided to switch better quality food. After reviewing brands and where I can purchase, I decided to visit Red Bandanna. I was greeted by a very cheerful young lady who asked if she could assist me. I told her what I was looking for, found it and while checking out to pay, chatted with her. She informed me of what the store was all about. This was about one month ago. Since then, I came back to purchase another bag of food and chatted with another young lady who was working behind the counter. What I found interesting while waiting behind a customer in front of me, was how the young lady answered the questions and infused light heart comments thereby making that customer feel at ease. This encounter made my day! Giving positive vibrations is always a good thing...especially to a customer.
