Puppies Galore

Came in Saturday afternoon and the young lady in the front had all the puppies running around the front of the store which she said she usually doesn’t do this but she did it that day cuz it was slow. They were all running around with big smiles on their face and I could tell they love their jobs and puppies. This store is definitely different from all the others by far for the best! Thanks for a great experience we will be back

Support this woman-owned business. Puppies Galore is a reputable place to buy puppies. We bought 2 puppies from here - they are healthy and happy! Darlene is a former breeder and understands best practices among breeders. With each puppy sold, she gives you a folder with shot records, pedigree papers, how to care for the pups if they are susceptible to things like hypoglycemia, a poisonous house plants to avoid, and vegetable list if breeds require additional fiber. You also get a free class on house training. They are very knowledgeable about the puppies and takes great care of them. They also ask questions about your environment to make sure that puppies go to a good home. Having 2 puppies that pee and poop all of the time, I can understand bad timing of walking into a store and encountering some bad smells or poop that the puppy stepped in. Every time I have walked in, there are always people cleaning in the back. Don't judge on a single encounter - poop happens! Also, I commend those who have fostered and taken in rescues. You have have dealt with the emotional scars, and destruction of linoleum, carpet, furniture, etc. I have both fostered and taken in rescues, as well. Be kind and remember that not everyone has the wherewithal to handle that. Remember that these puppies are homeless, too.

Came in on Saturday evening and it was super busy of people. One young lady was helping as much people as she could possibly at one time and was very nice and informative. My friend bought the puggle from them that afternoon! Super clean facility only problem I noticed was they were short staffed. I will definitely be back

I find the way they do business very strange. I will get my dog elsewhere. I put my name on the list on Thursday. I qualify for financing!!! I PRE APPLIED!! Your store hours say you were open at 10:00 am. I drove there and I got there at around 11:30 am( I was driving from Athens) your store wasn't open but someone came to the door.Your employee told me the chin wasn't ready and I couldn't buy her. Even though she was there. I said there she is!! Your employee said she was not ready??? Did the dog need time to pack? Comb it's hair? I had to get on the list. I then noticed no one on your list was waiting for a chin. So, I guess I have to conclude you didn't want to sell me the dog. I stand by what I said. A very strange way to do business. I am editing this post again because I tried emailing and the address given in the answer. I tried to message on the website and I got an error message.Update 3/30/18 they contacted me on Facebook to say they were sorry for my bad experience and the puppy was now at it's target weight and I could come and see it. I was going to... but , I thought they still are not up front about the cost of the dog. They now know I applied for financing. But, if the dog costs as much as I can borrow, it is way over priced. I could get a champion sired dog for that price. Prices should not be like the riddle of the sphinx.I bought a chin from people that were up front about the price and I did not have to borrow any money to do it. Update 6/7 18 I see that they now give prices based on borrowing money to buy the dog. Just be aware of the prices on the breed you want as a pet. I don't get that the owner assumes you need to borrow the money. Please see her initial answer to me was get a loan. I said I had pre- qualified !! She obviously did not even read what I said. Just be aware of prices before you buy from that store.

Absolutely love how well they keep their dogs in shape and all healthy. They all seem taken care of compared ton other pet stores ive been into were you can tell they were sick like petland. the teenager was very nice and answered all my questions as well as she was really smart and knew what she was talking about when it came to the different breds and life spans etc. i loved my first visit here and thank you for letting me play with the cute shihtzu and Jug kailyn!
