PetSmart

Bought two guinea pigs from the store 5 years ago.. they’re still with me today in great health! Never had any medical issues. I wish that the staff was more educated considering their largest cage was too small and too expensive for my pigs. Bought a rabbit cage and it works fine. However, it’s a chain pet store so what can you expect with employee knowledge! Overall great experience and great quality of animals. :-)

PetSmart is always good to stop into and see the critters that are up for adoption. We rescued some kittens that were abandoned by their mamma under our neighbors porch. Way too many cats all at once but my wife has a tender heart and couldn't let nature runs its course. We recently had them fixed and declawed which prompted our recent trip to PetSmart. We needed the large litter like Yesterday's news for a couple of weeks while they healed. We do like the recycled newspaper littler and may keep them on it. It doesn't get tracked everywhere is the good news. The bad news is that it doesn't cover the poo-poo smell. Hell, it doesn't cover the poo-poo very well. But, my wife has started picking it out (I suggested the gloves) and that seems to be working very well for us. My advice, if you don't want to be inundated with a house full of cats don't run a food line for the neighborhood ferrels. Kittens are a lot of work - they need specific attention to get them going in life but once you get past that phase they can bring a lot of joy.

Melissa and others made our first experience with our new puppy so wonderful. We walked around talked about options on everything and all of the staff were very helpful.

Very helpful employees. Lots to choose from. Only problem is i Sometimes it takes too long to get checked out!

I brought my daughter into purchase her very first bearded dragon the staff was very helpful even the manager recommended a nice bearded dragon tank and the best part of it they price match I had a great experience and my daughter I highly recommend
