PetSmart

Lots of products for all sorts of pets and the staff was nice but WOW are things overpriced. We needed to buy a dog door and the one we saw that we liked in PetSmart was $40 cheaper on Amazon. We needed it in a hurry though so we had to buy it immediately. That hurt, knowing we could have bought it cheaper if we'd planned ahead better.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The store is always so dull and dark. The staff is not that welcoming unless you look a certain way *hint hint* We have a pitbull that we took for her first bath there and they were great. When we took her back after she'd gotten older and bigger, they were so discourteous and unprofessional. The staff was shying away from her as if she was Godzilla. She was simply standing there just waiting to be given her bath. They treated her like she was trash. We decided to go Flowery Branch's location and they are AMAZING! No prejudices and they are always friendly and welcoming, no matter the breed. I completely abhor the Gainesville location and would rather drive 16 miles to Flowery Branch.

I ordered on line to pick up in store. The person that ck'd out my order found the price charged was more than the price offered in the store. She voided the charge and gave me the sale price. Many thanks to Danielle!

Nice but just nice more varitey in supplies like deworming except just three choices and why don't they try to sell skin so soft bug spray safe for pets and people it's a good product and it works for most people and pets. Even my father used it in the military.
