Tried to bring our cats in this morning for their shots to the Vetco pop up clinic. The vet tech or whoever he was, was clearly looking for a confrontation the minute I walked up to ask what we needed to do, where to sign up, get in line, etc. He seemed pretty annoyed that I would have the audacity to ask any questions. When I asked if I could run and get a cart to put our cats (inside their animal carriers) before we got in line (I am pregnant, they were getting heavy, it’s not an unreasonable request), he excitedly told me NO. Honestly, a little common courtesy and customer service would go a long way. I will stick to Petsmart going forward.

I needed a new groomer bc my current one wasn’t doing a good job trimming my 2 labs nails. I have taken both dogs in the last 2weeks. The girls at the grooming center are lovely. Both my pups enjoy going & they do a Fantastic job! We have a new groomer! Thank You Ladies 😃
