I just called your store at 8:30am today. An employee answered and when I began speaking she hung up in my face!! I called back and amazingly, no one answered.

Y’all offered me hedgehog food in replace of sugar glider food and told me its all about the same. What????? Looks like someone just wanted a dollar and didn’t care about my pet at all. Where is this? Petco? Come on now this is the type of stuff petsmart does not PETCO! Get your act together

The store always has what I need for my dog. They also match competitor prices so if you find it cheaper, let them know. Service is good too. The only issue is the long line for vaccines. They only offer them Sunday at certain times and it's not enough. If not for the vaccines, I would have rated it higher.

Ross is a really good place to go for shopping it has all the new looks and all the old looks .It has clothes for every size, and great customer service. Ross is the place to go

Nice place, though some of there customers are simply not nice. One loudly objected to the checkout lady answering some question. Then stormed out, good riddins
