The Pet Set - Midtown

This place may be the worst run business in Midtown. They show little care for the dogs they service. Mine have been injured 3 times in the last 12 months with one having to wear a cone after. Nearly every visit I seem the drag my dogs across the room instead of being pleasant and encouraging that they follow them. The over charge and over promise consistently. Today their staff kept me waiting in the rain then kept my dogs for 8 hours when they should have been the first to bathe and cut. Their turnover is sky high. Every 3 months there is a new groomer you must explain everything to again. Their service is never with a smile but a sigh. The groomers seem miserable and the office staff are untrained and not interested in any pleasantries. If they echo a Thank You, it would be their first. Every time I come back to this place it's like doing a deal with the devil knowing my pets hate it worse than the vet and the staff doesn't seem to appreciate you anyways. If you have any heart for your pets, learn from my many mistakes and keep them away from this business.

Awesome grooming location!! I'this is the only location I will be visiting in Atlanta. Their prices are far and my dog came out very happy (which is unusual). She was done in about the hours.

Corey at the PetSet took such good care of our golden doodle puppy. She came out looking exactly how we requested and seemed so perfectly content in Corey’s arms. He did an amazing job and we will definitely be going back!

I love this place! The workers are super courteous and helpful. They will help you find the perfect items for your pet. Their products are of the highest quality. Prices are more than a chain store, but I don’t mind. The grooming services are the best I’ve experienced. My dog is a lab/pit mix, but the groomers and bathers just see a sweet, loving dog. They talk to him and let him. Others places won’t even take my dog in because of the prejudice against his breed. Thank you Per Set for your consistent and amazing service!!

Great Service! My dogs get there coloring done there by a stylist named Corey!! Awesome!!
