My family and I had a remarkable, unforgettable and professional experience with Lorraine tonight. She was very caring, attentive and supportive to our needs and preferences. Her spirit is so genuine and it is quite obvious that she loves her job. As a result of her optimal customer service, we added a new addition to our pet family! We often place reviews on terrible service but I am one to appreciate and applaud excellent care just as much. Thanks Lorraine for everything and good luck to you as you excel in your profession. We’ll probably be back in a year for another puppy 🐶!

We had a great experience at Petland of Kennesaw!! Rafael helped us every step of the way to bring our English Bulldog puppy home! He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question we had with knowledge and professionalism. He recommended the best products possible to keep our puppy healthy. We would highly recommend him if you’re thinking of buying from Petland!

We brought our puppy that we got in and they treated her so well we came from a couple hours away and they were nice to both me and my wife and treated our pup incredibly! We are so happy that we went with Petland we wouldn’t have it any other way, we will be coming again! Amber was awesome and treated our pup the best!

We visited Saturday 3-17-18 and store employee Amber helped us get dogs/puppies we could visit with in our little cubicle. She was friendly and checked on us frequently. We love going there to see and cuddle animals with my fiance's daughter. It is such a fun place to visit. We love animals and will keep visiting. Amber made our visit even more pleasant.

Their puppies are a bit pricey (minus a star). All of the staff are consistently friendly and management goes the extra mile with ensuring my doggo has his favorite treat. They also pay homage to service members with exceptional military discounts. The facility was recently remodeled to accommodate the growing demand. I have an overall good experience anytime that I visit this location. It is clean and very neatly arranged for your viewing pleasure!
