Very big many many brands but the most expensive place you'll ever find. They will have what your looking for but you'll pay more foe it here than anywhere. And the staff is very friendly but they NEVER have enough staff members. If their going to be this big and have this much stuff they need to have a better staff to custimer ratio

Great customer service experience. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly . My dog gets so excited at the mention of Petsmart.

Great selection generally. Staff was ok, but the products and prices are very competitive.

The best part of shopping at PetSmart is that I can always find a little extra for my cats at a reasonable price.
