Petco Animal Supplies

Adopted 2 cats from here! Love my pound babys! All their cats come from the local shelter and they are so sweet. The staff helped us find everything so we made sure our little cats were happy when they came home to meet their brother kitty. They went above and beyond when one cat got sick to help us order his medicine.

Recently I took my daughter to Petco to buy a Chinese Water Dragon. We purchased our lizard and all of it's accessories on Sunday.(Costing right at 180.00)Our lizard got some type of infection in his eye and we contacted Petco on Monday afternoon to see what we should do. We were told they would make an appointment and give us a call back to let us know when it would be. No call back. Same Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We decided to walk to the Vet's office and call Petco from there. The Vet had gone home for the day and Petco Could do nothing about Bob till the next day. Well needless to say because of Petco not making an appt. for Bob he passed sometime Thursday night into Friday morning. When I asked Petco Manager what would they do. She said, " Bring him back and the receipt and we will take care of disposing of the body." I said, " so that's it?" What about my little girls feelings because of your procrastinating? Mam I am sorry. That's all my daughter got. OH AND WE Will give you a new one or your money back. So now my daughter is heartbroken!!!!

Adopted our cat from here. Super friendly staff but the store needs a few updates but overall good

That is the beat Petco I've ever seen and great customer service also a great selection of fish!! I loved it!!!!
