Gun Dog Supply has great customer service! I always have a good experience ordering from them. Their orders arrive quickly. Once, I ordered a collar with a personalized name plate, and the collar they shipped was defective. I had already taken the tags off before I realized the problem, but I let Gun Dog Supply know immediately, and within record time, a new personalized collar was delivered to me free of charge.

I ordered 10 collars from Gun Dog Supply! I am very impressed, the collars look great on the crew and the brass name plates top the cake. Shipping was very fast and all my items are great quality and great price. I highly recommended these folks.

I was shocked that I had to pay $68.00 for shipping. I am a new customer and assumed your XL size would fit a XL kennel. I don’t know how small or large their company is and maybe they cannot afford the shipping cost either but it would be helpful to add that it may not fit certain brands like Petmate somewhere in the description. After shipping it back there is no way for me to even afford one that fits the kennel I have. I’m very sad and frustrated. However the quality of the product I ordered seemed good even tho i never got to use it.

I ordered a collar and it was not delivered. I was asked to review the collar. I called Gun Dog Supply and explained I had not rcvd the new collar. They looked up tracking and determined it somehow was lost in KC. They immediately started a new order and the new collar was delivered in less than a week's time. I am now a lifelong customer.

Gun Dog Supply has excellent customer service and very informative videos to find what you need for your sport or hunting dog training. Highly recommend

I had a bad transaction to where weekend sales exceeded stock, they shipped my order and then notified me that the electronic collar was out of stock. Steve called personally to apologize and was willing to do whatever to make it right. In todays busy world it is hard to do what steve does much less find any business out there willing to do what these guys are willing to do! If there is something I need for my hounds it will come from steve, even if I have to wait a year, as long as it’s not urgent. Thanks steve and the guys at gun dog!

Placed my online order for a Dokken Red Head training duck and two dog beds on Sunday and they arrived today Wednesday. Free shipping was a bonus as well. I didn’t actually talk to anyone but the online order process was fairly simple. Everything looks good and my Labrador Bosch is walking around with the duck in his mouth and he loves it. As a former Mississippi resident who still has family in the Magnolia State, I was really excited to do business with some home-folks! I’ll do business with this company again!

I ordered a collar and it was too large for my dog. I called and they had no problem with exchanging and attaching the engraved tags to the smaller one. I returned it and sadly my dog passed away unexpectedly. They were sympathetic and refunded my money. Excellent service and I will use them again if I get another dog.
