I ordered my first dog collar from Gun Dog Supply about 10 years ago and my pup is still wearing the same one. The name plate and leather collar are still in great shape after 10 years of wear and tear. We recently got a new puppy and I knew just where to go for his new collar. The product is amazing, shipping time is fast, and you just can’t beat their prices. I recommend this company to any of my friends looking for great collars for their dogs. You guys are seriously the best and I will continue to go to you for my needs and send my friends to you as well!

My Gun Dog order just arrived and the collar (Steve's Pick) and leash are wonderful! I'm in awe of both just how quickly my order was processed and shipped, and the high quality of the leather leash and collar. They are beautiful - and sturdy and...well, perfect. Love the brass plate on the collar with my name and number - which was free! Thank you, Gun Dog, for the great quality products and excellent customer service you provide!

Had a Tritronics collar that I'd gotten years ago for a previous dog. Worked great then. After years of sitting "on the shelf," I couldn't get it to recharge. Was very happy to learn I could replace just a battery. Online order went smoothly and shipping was fine as well. Was a bit disappointed the battery didn't last longer than it did, but $30 or so beat the heck out of buying a replacement collar and remote back then and figured I'd do it again today. Rather than an online order, I chose to call this time to re-order. Heather took my call. While greeting each other I inquired about the expected life of a replacement battery. Without me even making such a request, she put me on hold to inquire with a product specialist and came back on the phone saying they ought to last longer so they were going to ship me out a replacement battery to be dispatched today. That was more than I expected being such a small customer as an amateur attempting to train my first working dog. That two minute call took me from stranger to loyal fan and customer. Bravo to this outfit!

If you want your order screwed up, if you want the website run around, and order things that they say they have but they don’t and then they may have it later in the month or we can send it to you from the manufacturer type junk. Then use these guys! But if you want it done right and without hassle just call the manufacturer of the product you want and get it direct, this company being the middle man just turns into a pain in the butt! So very disappointing!
