Great PetSmart location. Knowledgeable staff and friendly groomers. PetSmart prices always tend to run higher than other chains, but the plus of bringing your pet in store helps to balance that.

I was in mid paragraph and deleted my post. I can't be mean anymore all I can do is pray. God bless this place. It will never be of service to me or my dog ever again. I'm not sure where all of the old workers are in grooming department but they are NEEDED.

Okay, story time! I am NOT a pet person... And have NO clue what to even do in a store like this... But my brother has been studying up on parakeets and other small birds for a year now, scrimping and saving the pennies he finds on the street, the money he makes mowing our neighbors grass, and any birthday money or other change he finds hoping to buy himself his very first pet ever... And they have been SUCH a help here at the store! They never seemed to mind him coming in and pestering them with all of his exuberant questions, they would let him come in and be with the birds, and they even let him leave each time feeling like he had taught THEM something about the little birds!! My brother now has his parakeet, the right sized cage, the toys and the food and the knowledge necessary to be a fantastic pet owner. Thank you so much all of you at PetSmart! I would never have known what to do with that boy's love of these little creatures! He has never been so happy! I would give you all 10 stars if I could!! And all the money in the world for his smiles and the love he has for that bird! God bless!

I always find what I need and we even adopted our cat from there about 9 months ago and it was a great experience, if you are looking to adopt a kitty theirs are spayed/neutered and ready to go and we couldn't be more pleased with our guy we adopted. Give a shelter kitty a chance 😊
