PetSmart

I work close by so I usually stop by after work to get my dog things. Last night I stopped in to get stuff for a aquarium! upgrading to a fish mom! I believe her name was Sandy, she was super helpful when helping me pick out things. Even though I interrupted her while she was feeding the reptiles which I feel super bad about.. she answered my questions and made sure I had everything I need. She guaranteed me that all the fish I had were female so I was relieved I didn't have to worry about them trying to breed. This morning when I woke up there was a little surprise in my tank! I am the new parent of (at the moment) four newborn fish. I am not upset because things like this do happen. One of the fish I got could have gotten pregnant in the tanks at petsmart. I am writing this review to give caution to others and to parents who may be buying a pet for themselves or for their child. You may get more than what you thought you were. but hey, free fish! :) now just gotta figure out how to take care of them....

thank you all for your support with my stray kitten issue today. You see, I found a 6 week old kitten stuck in someone's engine at the hotel I am staying at. After rescuing the kitten I went to Petsmart to get food. The staff was very concerned as to what I was going to do with the kitten, as I could not keep her in the hotel room. I bought my food and food dish and headed back to the water fountain to let the kitten eat and hydrate. While I was speaking to one of the managers a little boy and his mother asked if they could have her. Seeing as how their cart was filled with fish, hamster dog and car supplies I knew the kitten would be in good hands. What a great day at Petsmart. Little Hampton (named after the hotel I found her at) got a home one hour after being pulled from a car engine

Awesome workers!! Great customer service and a huge selection of products!!! I wish I lived closer to go to this one every time!!

Very pleasant staff and not too busy in the middle of a week day. Saturdays are different as to be expected but staff are still pleasant even as busy as Saturdays are.
