Never had a good experience here but ill just tell about the one today .. Walked in went straight to the fish department and stood there waiting for someone to help get my fish. There was 2 employees in the front one girl was doing something with the carts and the guy was playing on his phone .. After about 10 min another guy came from the back of the store and got me what I needed he was very friendly though ... After that I go to the register and tried to hand the guy that is still playing on his phone my bags of fish so he could ring them up he never even looks at me just walks away and so I'm standing at the register confused as to why the cashier never even acknowledged that I was standing at his register and then just walked away never saying a word to me (my guess is he didn't want to put his phone down).. Finally the girl that was putting away the carts came and rang me up .. Unfortunately this is not even close to my worst experience at this location .. I visit this location at least 3 times a week ... Management has got to do better

Malik is awesome!! He helps me with my fish lol fish are over priced tho!

Had an online order with I store pickup, and they had it done almost immediately. Bless their hearts.

Love this place! The Vet care is top notch, Dr. Barnes is fantastic, and our fur babies are treated great by all the staff.
