Petco

I usually have the same experience each time I go to a pet store; hardly memorable with nothing to complain or praise about. However, today I had an incredible experience at Petco. Jeanne went above and beyond to help me out when all I planned on doing was making a quick trip in and out. I tend to order most of my pet supplies online, but I already plan on going back to see Jeanne!

We had a tax exempt purchase which is normally a nightmare process and they knew exactly what to do. They also found the supplies we needed. A well trained and helpful crew of employees.

Hahahaha worst Petco ever. I don't even understand the layout of the store it is just so... weird? It feels like a warehouse almost, like I'm not suppose to be there? I've been to my share of Petco's across the states ( don't mean to brag... but 😉) and this is absolutely an accident of a store. However I have to go here to get special cat food for my special cat. So I guess I'm stuck going here. Bleh.

Stephanie keeps dirty tanks, dead fish, and well if your asking advice good luck with that one! Aquarium Central, Pets Unlimited, and Tropical Fish Bowl are close by, and actually know how to keep fish happy.

Lots of selection for pet products. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, especially Tiffany. She supervised Puppy Playtime and really took the time to get to know owners and their dogs. Puppy Playtime was something I never knew Petco offered, but it was fun and really helped our puppy learn good socialization skills with people and other dogs.
