Petco Animal Supplies

The groomers and staff are SUPER helpful, skilled, and friendly. However, almost everything over there is overpriced. From the kibble to the leashes. I saw one of the German made Flex dog leashes there priced at $50, took out my phone, did a quick Google search, and found the exact same leash for half that price online. Go there to test out some products, and then buy them way cheaper online.

They used to have a great knowledgable staff, but now its all new people and no one ever seems to know whats going on. I've waited in line fro 15 minutes, only to get to the front to be told if I want crickets I have to stand there for an additional 30 minutes. Current managment is more concerned with selling animals, than making sure they go to good homes. I mean seriously, pushing a Boa on a 10 year old kid w/o asking if they have the tank, or understand what it will cost to feed that snake... or talking to the parents is just irresponsible. As is trying to push fish on someone buying a tank... a responsible store would know you have to set up the tank for at least a few days before you add fish or you will kill them. Cages are not cleaned out regularly and stink. All about the dollar!

Friendly staff and asking if we needed assistance. Clean and well kept store with a quick checkout experience. Had items needed in stock for the food we were looking for at the time! Would return if in the area again and looking for pet supplies (from out of town and was passing through)

Everybody in this store looked miserable. Including some of the animals. The only good thing was that they had crickets for my gecko. They did not even have a manager.
