Nice helpful service. They were unfortunately out of my dogs food and didn't know when it would come in next with a shipment. Shipment never came in eventually had to buy my dogs food online from a competitor.

My mother purchased a 10 gallon freshwater aquarium from here along with several fish. Being new to keeping fish, we had a few issues that ended up causing one of the fish to become ill. I came back to the store probably 4 times over the course of 2 weeks. Kelli, Lyndsey, and Shea did everything in their power to help me! They went above and beyond anything that i would have expected to ensure that the fish survived and the tank thrived- including walking me through tank care over the phone. We are still in the process of learning but i will 100% go back to PetSmart in the future. Best customer service I've ever had!

Went for grooming. I had setup an online appointment for 11:30 am thinking it would expedite the check-in process. No, I stood there for 30 minutes while the girl tried to get a consent to print so I could sign it. Their rate was 68 at the store and 65 online. They charge extra 12 for clipping nails. My appointment time was until 2:30 pm. Returned for my dog to be told they hadn't started yet. I don't understand the appointment then... finally got my dog at 3:15. I would only go back in the evenings when they aren't so busy.

Friendly workers, very helpful. Everything is easy to find and if not they are willing to help you out in a jiffy.
